I thought I would post the below information for anyone residing in a country that doesn’t yet have an active WDWW Division and is interested in the process of starting one.

Currently, the Divisions recognized by the WDWW are as follows –

FORMING A LOCAL DIVISION

The following are the guidelines and bylaws of forming and running a local Division of The Black Metal Militia.

The main philosophy behind creating Divisions to the club, is to provide fellowship between club members, solidarity against enemies and a means to provide the band with the many things they require while on tour; but first and foremost, a way to show our numbers of united, committed, bloodthirsty brethren around the world.

We hope to represent and create a presence in as many territories as possible, but alas, there can be only one Division per country.

We are searching for competent devotees to carry out The Devil's work. Please read everything very closely, as your appointment relies heavily upon your ability to lead, as well as follow instructions.

Divisions must be comprised of at least 3 numbered Disciples who are in good standing with the club. These Disciples names, numbers and current mailing addresses must all be submitted to president@wataindisciplesworldwide.com prior to initiation into a Division. Each member must be a resident of the country in which the Division is being formed.

Duties of the club will include organizing en masse, your Division for local events, concerts, but most importantly when Watain performs in your territory. One of the crucial roles of the Divisions is to add to the Watain performances in their region by supplying certain ingredients to the show. Some of these are specific in nature but individually motivated tokens of allegiance from each division are encouraged as well.

Most duties will be performed or handed down by The Division President.

DIVISION PRESIDENTS

There will be one President within each Division, who will answer to and communicate with the powers that be, as well as formulate plans and activities for their chapter.

The President will be the appointed individual who deals with both the club hierarchy, as well as band and/or crew. It is the responsibility of the Division President to handle all communiques between their respective Divisions and Heads of Disciples Worldwide. The Presidents will also be the ones who share information amongst their Division members and interdivisional communication as well. They are the individuals who will organize and be ultimately accountable for what their Division accomplishes.

All members MUST have full Death Dealer Status.

President applications will be considered based on past involvement with the club, dedication, but most importantly, independence and internal fire.

Applications for Division presidency must include your current mailing address, Disciple number, territory you wish to preside over and a brief description of why you would make the best candidate.

Once a Division President has been elected, he/she can then begin to appoint his/her staff, if they choose to do so, but is not mandatory. They may also begin adding members.

Each Division President will have a link to their (chosen) email address posted on The Disciples website, so that prospective members can contact their local chapter directly. Initiation activities will be left to the President of each group.

Ranks, patches and all other matters will be dealt with once the Presidents have been assigned.

All preceding modes of communication or payment options with previous leadership are no longer supported, and should be updated accordingly.

You will never be asked to clandestinely submit funds to a personal account for any club related expenses. Such activities should be exposed publicly as an unethical farce.

All official merchandise transactions shall henceforth take place strictly through the website to be received into the club account in an effort to maintain full transparency and traceability of funds.

Personal dealings/trades between Disciples should continue to remain an integrally encouraged practice!

That said, such transactions should be conducted with the assumption of risk when they dwell outside of the official terms outlined above.

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions/concerns/issues.

As per E’s wishes, I will be stepping up into the WDWW Presidents role. The Division Presidents will also be playing a much more active role when it comes to some of the decision making processes, especially when it comes to Division related topics. The Global Divisions will step to the forefront in setting the example of what is expected from the general club.

This will be a seamless transition effective immediately. As we stride into the new year it is time for progression and growth.

I want to thank you, Vittra, for all of your dedication and efforts to date and wish you nothing but the best and great health.

I look forward to meeting as many in our ranks as possible, reconnecting and navigating this journey — to the death and far beyond!

WDWW President Stepping Down

Greetings —

I hope all of you have had a great holiday and are excited for the upcoming year. As so much in your lives are changing, it is also changing for me.

About three and half years ago, I got the honor to run WDWW from the band. Things come and go and we have to adapt to our surroundings. Therefore, I will step down as President for Watain Disciples World Wide since it takes so much time and energy. My health is getting worse and other things are pending in my horizon that have to get prioritized.

I will still remain as President for Swedish Legion and my heart will always belong to Watain. I will still try to appear in shows whatever country they’re in and I will cherish this as long as I can.

I hope you all will have a great year and I hope to see you soon.
