You must first complete your Death Dealer mission. You are only eligible to join the Division of a country that you are a resident of. Refer to the Divisions page for the contact information for each official Division. If there is not a Division for your country listed, it does not exist. Each Division President sets their own criteria and process for handling applications.

We have VERY specific guidelines to forming and running an official Division.
There can only be one Division per country. Please check the Divisions page for the official full listing. Divisions must be composed of at least 3 numbered Watain Disciples who are in good standing within the club and must have already obtained Death Dealer status. All members must reside within the country of that Division, for example, if you were born in one country but now live in another, you can only join the country in which you live, regardless of birth, heritage, family or blood. Members must be competent devotees, follow instructions and have the ability to lead in order to fulfill and carry out missions.
Duties of the Divisions will include organizing en masse for local events and concerts, most importantly when Watain performs in said territory and will be performed or handed down by the President of said Division. One of the crucial rules of the Divisions is to add to Watain performances by supplying certain ingredients specific in nature, but individually motivated tokens of allegiance from each Division are encouraged as well.
-
There is one President within each Division who will answer to and communicate with the powers that be, as well as formulate plans and activities for their chapter. They will be the appointed individual who deal with both club hierarchy as well as the band and crew. It is the responsibility of the Division President to handle all communiques between their respective Divisions and heads of Watain Disciples. They will be the ones who share information and interdivisional communications amongst their Division members. Presidents are ultimately accountable for what their chapter accomplishes... or doesn't.

In order to apply for the President position, you must have earned Death Dealer status. If the only applicant for a particular territory has not earned that status yet, they have 1 year from the date of application to achieve one. They will be placed in an interim position, but not allowed to patch in until it is completed. Please refer to the Death Dealer page for full guidelines.
Applications for President will be considered based on past involvement within the club and their dedication, but most importantly, their independence and internal fire. If you wish to start a Division, you must email president@wataindisciplesworldwide.com with your full name, Watain Disciples number, email address, current mailing address, territory you wish to preside over and a brief description of why you would make the best candidate.
Once a Division President has been elected, they can begin to appoint their staff if they choose to do so, but this is not mandatory. All member's full names, Watain Disciples number, email address and current mailing address must be submitted to president@wataindisciplesworldwide.com for approval prior to initiation into that Division.
Each President will have an email address listed on the Divisions page so that prospective members can contact their local chapter directly. Initiation activities will be left up to the President of each chapter. Ranks, patches and all other matters will be dealt with after a President has been assigned.

Contacting the band should be kept at a minimum. The first point of contact should always be through the Contact page and we will endeavor to answer your questions, relay to the band or pass on contact details where deemed necessary. The band does not need to try to read and reply to hundreds of emails.
